There are a few different ways you can work with me, depending on what you’re looking for and where you are in your own journey.
Some women come through movement and strength training. Others arrive through Human Design, reflection, or a desire to understand themselves more deeply. However you find your way here, the intention is always the same — to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and live in a way that feels more aligned.
My work brings together strength, self-awareness, and honest conversation about the realities of life. It’s not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about understanding who you already are, building the habits and support around you that allow you to thrive, and remembering that you don’t have to do it all alone.

Rise&Align Membership
Rise & Align is a monthly online space for women who want to live more intentionally. A place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in the middle of busy lives.
Each month we explore a theme through conversation, journaling, creativity and self-awareness tools like Human Design and Tarot.
Think of it as the space that supports the parts of wellbeing that sit outside the gym — your mind, your nervous system, your identity, and the quiet work of becoming who you really are.

Human Design is the system that finally explained me to me. It showed me who I really am beneath the conditioning, expectations, and burnout patterns I’d been unconsciously living in for years.
In this 60- minute session, we’ll cover your Type, Authority, and Profile—and how to make decisions that feel right for you, your energetic strategy for work, rest, relationships and magnetism and how to start living from alignment (without needing to “figure it all out”)
You’ll leave with practical tools, deep self-recognition, and a whole new level of permission to be who you really are.
